I picked up a bottle at Lakewood Hardware. I like to support anything local, so I thought I would try a bottle. This is not your regular store hot sauce. It has a great texture. Very nice fresh taste. Not over salty which brings out the natural flavors. I like a sauce that enhances the food not over take it. You can tell that it took time to make this. Nice job. Who would have thought I would find my new favorite hot sauce at a hardware store.

This truly is a great tasting sauce, it is not bland but does not over-power the flavors of whatever you put it on or in! Great on eggs, potatoes, steak and burgers, and awesome in Chili and other soups and stews. You really can put it on anything!

I was gifted a bottle of this at the Cleveland Clinic farmers market. This hot sauce is very, very good. I am going to use it to replace my Tabasco craving. The Delta has little bits of pepper, onion, and garlic which makes the sauce just a bit thicker than Tabasco. It was really good on my eggs. Not too hot and very good flavor. I will look forward to trying the other sauces!
